In response to investor demand for increased diversification and higher return potential, Fontis Capital Group was formed and seeks to aid investors to easily and comfortably access the key emerging markets within Latin America.
We specifically target experienced, local partners in the countries of Brazil, Peru, Colombia and Mexico with a focus on the development of strategic projects in the low/middle income housing, retail, logistics, and office sectors.
