Fontis Capital Group (FCG) is a boutique real estate consulting and investment firm focused on the emerging markets of Latin America.

FCG works directly with real estate investors from North America and Europe, including Pension Funds and Private Equity Real Estate Firms who seek to efficiently diversify their existing portfolios and gain access to project platforms in the region. In addition, Fontis selectively identifies experienced local developers and property owners throughout the region and works to secure the capital required for their projects.
